Working environment in the Nordic Region
IUNO invites companies to a series of seminars focusing on working environment in the Nordic Region. The seminars will be held in Copenhagen and Stockholm. This event is a live stream on 31 January 2023. The seminars are aimed at HR Professionals and people with HR responsibility in the Nordic Region.
Focus
In the wake of the Covid-19 lockdown, companies have returned to work. Many companies have embraced new ways of working, with increased use of remote working and hybrid working. Meanwhile, other important developments like #metoo and the new rules of whistleblowing, and the introduction of the younger generations in the workforce with their increased focus on work/life balance, has meant that the rules in the workplace has changed. Companies are therefore having to design completely new workplace policies and culture, to meet the current and future needs set by the business and the employees.
During the seminar, you will get valuable information on the rules in each of the Nordic countries related to the most important aspects of the working environment, including issues like stress, harassment, whistleblowing and more. The seminars will also focus on other important developments in the workplace, like remote working in the Nordic Region.
