IUNO invites you to a seminar on 20 November 2023, where a number of international HR lawyers will discuss the topic "Performance management and retention in a global context". The seminar will be held in connection with the International HR Legal Day, where you will have the opportunity to have 1:1 meetings with the lawyers. The seminar will be held in English.

Focus

Increasingly, more and more companies need to manage employees' underperformance and at the same time retain high-performing employees.

During the seminar, panels of international HR lawyers will discuss legal developments around the world and take a look at some of the most common pitfalls encountered by companies. We will, among other things, cover:

  • Performance management processes
  • Monitoring
  • Termination for poor performance
  • Performance-driven compensation
  • Retention measures
  • Non-competition and non-solicitation clauses

The seminar is free of charge and will be held in English. It is aimed at people with HR responsibilities.
